Add Supervisor Task runner

In other to ensure sertain services keep running, a task runner like supervisor is needed. For example, in laravel, if your app relies heavily on queued jobs, you'll definitely need to run php artisan queue:work which will ensure that all queued jobs are run. But queue:work can stop for any number of reasons and thats where supervisor comes in to automatically restart it without you having to manually monitor it. This also applies to websockets and many other services. I will really appreciate if the tech team can consider adding this.
